Ingredients: Active ingredient: 1000 mg of oil from deep-sea fish, including 300 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including: 180 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid, 120 mg of docosahexaenoic acid, 10 mg [R, R, R] -α-tocopherol equivalent (vitamin E), 3 mg pyridoxine (vitamin B6), 1.1 mg thiamine (vitamin B1), 300 μg folic acid, 3 μg cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12). As other components: gelatin, glycerin, glycerin (mono) fatty acid ester, riboflavin, titanium dioxide.

Usage: Take 2 capsules a day with warm water.
